You’re invited to join new friends and familiar faces at Craft Together 🎨! All supplies are provided. We’ll be honoring the Muslim holidays of Ramadan & Eid, with a craft to match. Henna is the art of drawing on the skin with a temporary dye. While we will NOT be dying our skin today, we will be creating scratch art that resembles henna patterns, using our own hands as the templates (or whatever else they’d like to use)!

Join us at The Bulla Center  (301 West Jones St, Raleigh NC) for an afternoon of craft and fellowship.

What to expect:

1.  We first gather around tables and introduce ourselves. We then ask a get-to-know-you “This or That” question, such as “Do you like Salty or Savory?” or “Do you prefer the mountains or the beach?”🤔

2. Next, we review the craft we are making for the day. ✅ There will also be a short explanation about henna – what it is, and why it’s significant!

3. We craft together, following instructions, but still putting our own spin on it.

4. We present our designs, and talk about them.

5. We clean up together and chat about the new things in our life!
