See Our New Home!

We're excited to share that we've purchased our first L'Arche NC Home! We closed on our first L'Arche NC house on Thursday, July 27, 2023. We are excited that this beautiful home will bring belonging and community to the Triangle.

Our Progress

Sailing Home Campaign Total: 41%

Campaign Goal: $1.5 Million
Campaign Purpose: Startup funding for L’Arche North Carolina, including capital funding.
Campaign Dates: 2023-2025

Home Renovation Appeal

100k in 100 Days is a an appeal of the Sailing Home Campaign to raise 1.5 Million over three years. 100k in 100 Days funds renovations for our first L’Arche Home. You can contribute below.

Our Plan

Begin Sailing Home

Sailing home is our $1.5 Million startup funding campaign. We will use this funding to get off the ground, establish a home, hire our first assistants, and move in core members.

Raise 750,000 by July 2023
Raise an additional 750,000 by July 2024.
Complete the $1.5 Million campaign by July 2025.

Open Our First Home

By December of 2023, we will establish a home for persons with and without disabilities to live together. Our goal is a home that is a model space for belonging, an antidote to loneliness, and a safe place to thrive.

Expand Our Community

Beginning now, and continuing into the future, we will expand our reach and offer day programs to the community. These day programs will expand our mission, and offer spaces for friendship, belonging, and life together.
