DESCRIPTION:Following the National Disability Employment Awareness Month theme\, “Disability is part of the equity equation\,” L’Arche North Carolina will host a panel event\, “Disability & Employment\,” on November 3 at 6:30pm EST.  \nThis panel will discuss the reality (both positive and negative) of Disabled people’s experiences with employment. After a brief overview of the history and accessibility of the workforce\, we will hear stories from Disabled people sharing about their jobs and careers. Together we will explore and dream of ways that businesses and organizations can be more inclusive. \n
