You’re invited to join L’Arche North Carolina and L’Arche USA for a special Visioning & Listening Day as we dream together about the next five years of our shared life and mission.

We’ll begin by celebrating how far we’ve come—the milestones, friendships, and growth that have shaped our community so far. Then, we’ll turn toward the future: listening deeply, imagining boldly, and exploring how we can strengthen our housing, programs, and long-term sustainability.

This day will shape the foundation for our next strategic plan, and your voice matters. Whether you’re a longtime friend, a family member, a community partner, or someone who believes in belonging for people of all abilities, we hope you’ll join us.

• You value inclusive, accessible conversations where every voice is heard.

Being present for the full day (10 AM–3 PM) is encouraged so we can move together through each part of the visioning process. Lunch will be provided. Please register in advance so we have enough food and materials for everyone.
